Double the Fun!

Serena and Seth are two months old.  Twins, but so different in personality and physique. They’re going to keep Mom and Dad very busy for the next 18yrs or so!

Got Milk?

Some quick pics of my grandson Nathan sitting at the table.  As I’ve said before “He’s just too cute!”

Top Of The Rock

At the top of Rockefeller Plaza.  What an incredible view of New York! I’m not carrying a tripod around NY, so I’m just gonna set my camera down on the brick wall, keepin’ that strap around my neck though!

Kristine and Lady

It was Kristine’s birthday and she recently added a new member to her family so we had to include Lady in the picture.  What fun trying to get Lady to rest on Kristine’s shoulders, not the normal spot Lady is used too!

Julia, I just love these photos! You are a wonderful photographer; I look so natural, laugh lines and all. I wouldn't have these photos if it weren't for you. Love how you captured the sweetness of our little puppy and made my birthday extra special. Thank you, friend!

Aw, now I want a lady too, oops, that sounded kinda weird. I love the one of them cheek to cheek, so cute!

Mary and Chet

On our Sunday visit to Mary and Chet’s, I couldn’t resist snapping a few shots of them on the swing with their best friend “Whiskey Whiskers”.

Isn't Mary just beautiful! What a sweet little moment to catch. And Whisky Whiskers, hahaha, adorable… though he doesn't look amused with you, at least he's not camera shy. 🙂

Baby Ezra

It’s a cool Sunday, early afternoon, I pull up to this cute little house in an adorable neighborhood.  My husband is with me, he’s a great assistant, and we are going to take pictures of my niece, her beautiful family and new baby boy Ezra.

Look at those big eyes, so wide open looking at the world.
Sis and baby Brother……
The bed is soft and perfect for Avery to get a little bounce time in…

Can’t Resist a Cute Baby!

Rylin’s mom is busy so I’m keeping an eye on her for awhile.  She looks so cute I can’t help grabbing my camera and setting her on the big black leather chair in my studio.  The light coming through the window is perfectly soft and diffused, so while she’s content  playing with her toes and fingers my finger is hitting the shutter release for some quick pics.

Lily Rose

What fun it’s been watching Lily grow!  She’s 6 months old now and I can’t wait to see how much she changes when we get together for her 1 yr photo in March.
I have a small window at one end of my studio where we had Lily sitting for her photo, but getting her to stay next to it was almost impossible.  Following her around with my I got quite a workout.  Next time I’ll be running after her as she will be walking by then!

She always seems to do something so darn cute!

Julia, your expertise in lighting and creative angles truly enhance your work. Your images are more like photographic art rather than just plain pictures!

Albert and Petra’s Wedding Day

I met Albert for the first time when I traveled to Turlock for their engagement session in February, but I’ve known Petra since she was a girl of about 12 and watched her grow into a beautiful woman. It was very easy getting to know Albert and I feel like I’ve known him just as long.  It was very special to be a part of their wedding day and witness the love between them, their family and friends.
Being November we were watching the weather hoping any rain would skip Petra and Albert’s wedding day.  What a beautiful day it turned out to be!  We started the day at their new home, so cute, a charming house on a darling tree lined street……

Petra and her Mom, Nicole, just before we headed out from the house to meet the bridesmaids and get a few photos of them together.

Look at that sky, I said it was a beautiful day.  To the limo and off to the church!

A special locket holds a photo of Dad and precious memories.

In front of their many friends and family, Albert and Petra lit one candle, and vowed to cherish each other forever.  I have no doubts they will!
They laugh, kiss, and look at each other with such adoration.

Quick stop for a picture of the bottom half of the wedding attire…..
And then the first dance.
